Yashvi Shah   

Eight years ago, Yashvi Shah began her journey at Madhubhan Resort & Spa as an Associate, with a willingness to learn and a determination to grow. Today, she serves as an Assistant Sales Manager, having steadily taken on greater responsibilities through experience, ownership and perseverance. Her journey, however, has never been limited to her job title. She has independently handled multiple full-house operations, managed significant group business including a 100-room Schaeffler group, and trained six team members. For Yashvi, leadership is not about simply taking charge—it is about making sure that the people around her grow alongside her. Alongside building her career, she chose to keep learning. She completed her Master’s in Tourism and Travel Management (MTTM) while working in the demanding environment of luxury hospitality and is now pursuing her PhD. Her journey is a reminder that career and education need not compete; both can grow together. Her leadership extends beyond business. As the Head of the POSH Committee, she contributes to creating a workplace built on dignity, respect and professionalism. It is a responsibility that reflects the trust placed in her and her belief that leadership must also be about people and culture. Yashvi’s story is ultimately not about one achievement. It is about taking responsibility before waiting for a title, continuing to learn while building a career, and helping others rise while rising herself. Her journey from Associate to Assistant Sales Manager is a story of consistency, courage and continuous growth. She learns. She leads. And wherever she grows, she tries to lift others with her.
