I began my aviation journey at 19, progressing from Flight Attendant at SpiceJet to Lead Flight Attendant at IndiGo, where safety, crew leadership, service excellence, and decision-making under pressure shaped my leadership philosophy. Moving into aviation training and then image consultancy, I transformed these frontline insights into a mission to develop confident, credible professionals. Today, I lead Image & Executive Presence initiatives at NxtWave India, driving professional image standards and leadership development across 200+ organisations. My purpose is to turn the principles of image excellence into a lasting impact on professional identity and leadership.
