Mumuksha Malviya

Stepping into the role of young chairwoman at Gammatek ISPL has been the most profound, humbling, and exhilarating chapter of my life. From the very beginning, my journey has been driven not just by corporate ambition, but by a deep, heartfelt passion for what this company stands for and the incredible people who bring it to life every day. Leading at this stage of my life means that every decision I make is infused with raw energy, devotion, and a willingness to listen and grow alongside my team. I have poured my whole heart into turning every challenge into a stepping stone, proving that true leadership isn’t measured by age, but by the depth of one’s dedication and the courage to care deeply about the legacy we are building together. This path is a beautiful, unfolding story of resilience and gratitude, and I am honored to pour my soul into guiding Gammatek ISPL toward a bright and meaningful future.
