My entrepreneurial journey is a story of transformation, resilience, and purpose. I started my journey with a vision to build something of my own and create meaningful opportunities for others. Over the years, I have worked across entrepreneurship, business development, exports, and women empowerment, while continuously learning, adapting, and building from the ground up. My journey has not always been easy. There have been challenges, setbacks, self-doubt, and moments when I had to rebuild myself and my approach. But every challenge helped me discover a stronger and more resilient version of myself. Today, my work goes beyond building a business. Through The Ashwini Era, I am working towards empowering women to recognise their potential, overcome limiting beliefs, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and create their own identity and financial independence. I believe that women do not need to wait for opportunities—they can learn to create them. My larger vision is to build a platform that inspires and enables more women to move from self-doubt to self-belief, from dependence to independence, and from having a dream to building something of their own. For me, entrepreneurship is not just about business growth. It is about creating impact, building confidence, and leaving a meaningful legacy.
