Since 2016, Himani Bhuva has been working with a clear purpose: to empower women with confidence, awareness, skills and opportunities so they can become self-reliant. Over the years, her work has reached more than1 lakh women through 700+ programs, seminars and workshops focused on women empowerment, awareness, personal development and guidance. One of her most significant achievements is helping 250+ women become financially stronger, with each earning more than ₹50,000 per month. For Himani, financial empowerment is not merely about income. It represents dignity, confidence, decision-making ability and the power to contribute to one’s family and future. Her work also extends to women experiencing serious emotional and family challenges. She has supported women during moments of extreme distress, including situations involving suicidal thoughts, and helped them move toward hope, support and a more positive direction in life. She has also worked to reduce family and marital conflicts through awareness, communication and guidance. Himani also believes that empowerment must begin early. Through career guidance and education awareness, she helps students understand their strengths and make better-informed career choices. Through Women Progress Alliance, she continues to create a network where women can learn, connect, support and grow together. Her next mission is ambitious: to empower 20,000 women to become self-reliant and establish a school for girls focused on education, career awareness, and leadership, confidence and life skills. Her journey demonstrates that personal struggle can be transformed into social purpose—and social purpose into measurable impact. WHY SHOULD I WIN THIS AWARD? I believe I should receive this award because my journey is not only about personal achievement—it is about creating measurable transformation in the lives of others. Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to women empowerment and social impact. I have reached 1 lakh+ women, conducted 700+ programs, seminars and workshops, and helped 250+ women move toward financial independence, with each earning more than ₹50,000 per month. But behind every number is a human story. A woman who once felt helpless can now earn. A woman who had lost hope can find a reason to continue. A woman living through constant conflict can learn to communicate differently. A student who was confused about her future can receive the right career direction. These transformations are the reason I continue. Myjourney began with struggle at a very young age. Instead of allowing those struggles to break me, I chose to use them as a source of strength and purpose. I decided that if I could become stronger, I would help other women become stronger too. For me, leadership is not about recognition or position. Leadership is about creating leaders. My next goal is to empower 20,000 women to become self-reliant and build a school for girls where education, leadership, career awareness, confidence and life skill come together.
