RIA RAJKUMAR CHAUDHARY   

Ms. Ria Rajkumar Chaudhary is a young finance professional and an ACCA member, having successfully cleared all examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is currently pursuing the final stages of her Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and an NISM certification in Equity Derivatives. Through her Article ship training with reputed firms such as JHS & Associates LLP and Mukund & Rohit Chartered Accountants, she has gained practical exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, GST compliance and financial reporting, working with clients across manufacturing, services and trading sectors. In addition to her professional journey, Ms. Ria Chaudhary serves as Treasurer (2024–25) of Girl Up Sahaay, a youth led initiative under the United Nations Foundation, where she integrates her financial expertise with a passion for social impact and community empowerment. With her blend of academic excellence, professional training and social leadership, Ms. Ria Rajkumar Chaudhary brings a fresh perspective to Maxwell’s Board, contributing to governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
